If your phone is currently not working or
there is no dial tone, please follow these simple
steps and get talking again...
1. Unplug all equipment, phones,
computers and fax machines from all the telephone
jacks inside the home.
2. Wait 30 minutes.
3. Using a corded phone (NOT WIRELESS)
check all jacks for dial tone.
If there is still no dial tone, plug the phone
directly into the Test Jack (Network Interface
box or D-marc box, demarcation point, located
at the telephone protector, which is located
either inside or outside your house or apartment).
The telephone protector is usually black in
color if located inside and usually gray if
located outside. If you are in an apartment
and do not have access to your D-marc box, please
contact the apartment manager for assistance.
If your phone is still not working, please call
Qtel's customer service department at 1-877-4-MY-QTEL
(Toll-Free 1-877-469-7835).

If you have missed a payment and your DSL has
been shut off, you will need to pay to bring
your account current and reactivate your account.
